What a glucose monitor actually costs, and whether it will tell you anything

If your HbA1c came back borderline, or insulin resistance runs in your family, a glucose sensor can show you what your own meals do. The evidence supports that. It supports it much less if you are already metabolically healthy — so this site tells you which one you are before it tells you what to buy.
