Best CGM for testing food and exercise
Ranked by how often the sensor reads, then by what periodic testing costs. Reading frequency decides whether you actually see a meal spike: a sensor reporting every 15 minutes can blur or miss the peak entirely, while one reading every minute shows its shape.
We do not currently track any device here that meets this criterion.

Four inputs change what a sensor shows you. The evidence behind them is not equally strong, and the one with the best evidence is the one people expect least.
